How do I check in?
It is best to complete your Smart Check-in straight after booking. Your key will then be ready to access from 3pm on your arrival day.
You will find your key and all the information in your personal guest area, My Townhouse. No smartphone? Please contact us beforehand so we can arrange a key card for you.
Is there a traditional reception desk?
The Townhouse runs without a traditional reception desk. Your personal guest area, My Townhouse, is with you from booking to departure. It holds your key, useful information and ways to get in touch with us.
What time are breakfast and check-out?
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30am to 10am. Please check out by 10am. Available extras, including late check-out, can be found in your personal guest area, My Townhouse.
Is there a lift?
Yes, there is a lift to every floor.
Doctor and pharmacy right next door
Good to know: a GP, dentist, optician, hearing-care specialist and pharmacy are right next door. Handy if you need anything during your stay.
How often is my room cleaned?
With Refill & Refresh, we freshen up your room every three days. Your arrival day counts as day 0.
Are children welcome?
Children aged eight and over are welcome and can be included in your booking. In exceptional cases, younger children may stay by prior arrangement and with our express confirmation. Please include everyone staying and the ages of any children when booking.
May I bring my dog?
Dogs may stay on request and once we have confirmed this. The best time to ask is straight after booking, during Pre-Check-in in My Townhouse. The supplement is €20 per day. Other animals are not permitted. Statutory rights concerning assistance dogs remain unaffected.
Where may I smoke?
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Can I do my laundry at the Townhouse?
Yes, there is a guest laundry in the house. Fresh socks, fresh start.
Where can I leave my bike or skis?
Your kit can check in too: there is space for your bike or skis in our bike and ski cellar. Directions and access details are in your personal guest area.
Is there a spa at the Townhouse?
For a little spa time, we recommend Vita Alpina in Ruhpolding, RupertusTherme in Bad Reichenhall and Chiemgau Thermen in Bad Endorf. There is no spa at the Townhouse itself. Explore our thermal-spa hopping tips.
Can I park and charge my car at the house?
Parking at the house is limited, chargeable and must be reserved. Electric-vehicle charging points are also available. Information and bookable options are in your personal guest area, My Townhouse.
